The firm prefers to invest between €10 million ($10.86 million) and €200 million ($217.2 million) and enterprise value between €50 million ($54.3 million) and €400 million ($434.4 million) if enterprise value exceeded from €75 million ($82.92 million) to €250 million ($276.40 million) then firm invests equity capital is up to €200 million ($216.35 million). The firm prefers to take majority and minority stake in its portfolio companies.
