    Labat is considering the acquisition of two established cannabis farms, but lack the balance sheet to conclude it. Therefore they're trying to raise funds. The 70% which they acquired in Cannafrica was paid for in newly issued shares at R1,00 and those are now worth less than half. Can these guys turn the ship around or will they continue bobbering out on the ocean?
