The company was formerly known as Orascom Hotels & Development AG and changed its name to Orascom Development Holding AG in February 2008. Orascom Development Holding AG was founded in 1989 and is based in Altdorf, Switzerland. Orascom Development Holding AG operates as a subsidiary of LPSO Foundation Company.
