In addition, the company provides software development solutions that provides digital integration and innovative services; wealth and investment to private and personal banking markets; and insurance and asset management products and services. The company was formerly known as Stanbic Bank Holdings Limited and changed its name to Stanbic Uganda Holdings Limited. The company was founded in 1906 and is based in Kampala, Uganda. Stanbic Uganda Holdings Limited operates as a subsidiary of Stanbic Africa Holdings Limited.
