    If you can see the post I made on the 2nd September and have a look at the chart you will see it tuched the resistance at 50.871.. it looks too me if its trading in a decending channel but possible buy area where its today.. need a better signal for a reversal pattern to see a bullish move

    There is weakness in the sideways move in the current top. 3 x bull traps were set & held. Supply over came any bullish attempts & caused the mark down to the previous support level. The bounce off that is not convincing as there is no real evidence of intervention to support that bounce.  I remain short in my bias... unless support appears in the mark down to the current low

      Yes, because many of the top-40 companies have earnings that are based offshore, so if the ZAR weakens, their earnings go UP in Rand terms. Strong negative correlation.
