While companies have been around for nearly all of modern human history, social media is still a relatively new thing. Companies and businesses have slowly adapted to include sites like Twitter and Instagram as part of their strategy, using the reach these platforms have to widen their customer base.
Every now and then, a tweet goes viral when a brand decides to engage with other users. Sometimes it’s a hilarious response to a competitor, but it can also be a swift clapback at a sly dig or a jab thrown in their direction. Whichever it is, we have to admit that these responses just make us love billion-dollar titans like Netflix even more.
