Biles lives in a 4,00-square-foot home in Texas that boasts a huge swimming pool, stylishly designed indoor and outdoor space, and more. This is just the start for Biles, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if she traded up in the next few years.

These days, we don’t see Pamela Anderson pop up in the headlines as much as she used to. Don’t let that fool you, though. The actress is worth an estimated $34 million, so she’s not doing badly for herself. In early 2021, Pam decided to list her $14.9 million Malibu beach house.

The stunning abode isn’t exactly huge, but it’s wonderfully done, with two adjoining buildings, plenty of outdoor space, and a swimming pool to boot. Anderson planned to up sticks and move back to Canada where she is originally from.

Built in 1994 and now worth $100 million, the Stallone residence boasts a cigar room, bar area, a chef’s kitchen, and more. To the surprise of many, Stallone listed the property for sale in 2021. Perhaps being forced to quarantine for most of 2020 left the actor wanting a change of scenery.

Sitting on 42 acres near Santa Barbara, the idyllic home was actually snapped up by Winfrey after she attended a party there in 2001. Initially, the owners didn’t want to sell, but they soon changed their minds once the TV personality pulled out her checkbook and offered them a reported  $52 million.

Stefani kept the home in the split and put it on the market for $35 million in 2016, before swiftly taking it off again. Not only does the estate have a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a separate guest house, but it’s completely private, giving the Comcast NBC star plenty of time away from prying eyes.

Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara and her husband Joe Manganiello live a very charmed life. The Hollywood couple bought a Beverly Park mansion in 2020 for the astonishing price of $26 million. Amazingly, it’s one of the cheaper homes in the area.

The Tuscan-style estate was first built in 1999, before changing hands several times over the years. One of its best features is its gardens, which are modeled on Italian palaces. There’s plenty of room for sunbathing around the pool and it also comes with some impressive views.  You get what you pay for!

As you can imagine, the entire place is full of epic details, such as a grand staircase and even a 1,000-square-foot closet. When it comes to home comforts, no one does it quite like the former Comcast NBC star.

Although the home isn’t the biggest celeb estate on the market with a fairly modest four bedrooms, it’s very chic. Crawford and Gerber have sold tons of homes in the past, but they actually took a loss on this one when it sold for $50 million.

Diddy also made headlines in 2022 when he finally sold the home of his late ex, Kim Porter. Porter died in the Toluca Lake mansion in 2018. Diddy was allegedly so devasted by her passing he was unable to set foot in the home since. He off-loaded the property for $6.5 million.
