Siphamandla Mkhwanazi

Siphamandla joined FNB in January 2019 as a consumer and property economist. Prior to this, he served as an economist at Standard Bank where he played an instrumental role in setting up the bank’s Consumer and Property Economics Unit. He began his professional career at Nedgroup Investments, an asset management house, and thereafter joined the Competition Commission, specialising in competition economics and industrial policy. Some of Siphamandla’s body of work at the Commission has been cited in an internationally published book titled: Competition Law and Practice in BRICS and in other Developing Countries.
Siphamandla holds an M.Com in Economics from Wits University.
