After-Hours Stock Movers:

NanoString Technologies, Inc. (NSTG) 29% LOWER; announced preliminary total product and service revenue of approximately $31 million for the first quarter, versus prior guidance of $34-$38 million.

Liquidia Corporation (LQDA) 11% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock.

Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN) 9% LOWER; Selling shareholders will offer 10,000,000 common shares. Net sales for the first quarter of 2022 increased to $363.0 million compared to $341.3 million in the prior year quarter.

VerifyMe, Inc. (VRME) 7% LOWER; entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain accredited investors to purchase approximately $5.0 million of its common stock.
