Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $124.35 million. Varonis Systems sees FY2022 EPS of $0.14-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.20. Varonis Systems sees FY2022 revenue of $460-463 million, versus the consensus of $487 million.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co (NASDAQ:GT) 11% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.42 billion.

Hologic (NASDAQ:HOLX) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.82, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63.
