Flex announced earnings per share of $0.54 on revenue of $7.35B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $0.4789 on revenue of $6.81B.

Flex shares are down 36% from the beginning of the year and are trading at $15.40 , down-from-52-week-high.They are under-performing the S&P 500 which is down 15.58% from the start of the year.

Flex shares lost 1.28% in after-hours trade the report.
