Monness, Crespi, Hardt Downgrades Oracle to Neutral, 'Overly Exuberant Expectations Collide with Rocky Trends'

Monness, Crespi, Hardt analyst downgraded Oracle (NYSE: ORCL ) from Buy to Neutral.

The analyst comments "Oracle’s 2Q:FY24 outlook calls for total revenue growth of 3% to 5% YoY in CC (5% to 7% in US$) and non-GAAP EPS in CC of $1.27-1.31 ($1.30-1.34 in U.S.$). We are lowering our 2Q:FY24 revenue estimate to $13.06 billion (up 6% YoY) from $13.21 billion (Street at $13.28 billion) and cutting our non-GAAP EPS projection to $1.34 from $1.40 (Street at $1.33). For FY:24, we are lowering our sales estimate to $53.38 billion (up 7%) from $53.82 billion and cutting our non-GAAP EPS to $5.52 from $5.78."
