* Commentary to the summarised group financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2016 and notice of annual general meeting

* FY revenue 296,000 rand versus 207,000 rand year ago

* Total comprehensive loss for year 2016 of R7.9 million (2015 profit: R5.4 million)

* Had a net asset value per share of R2.23 at Dec. 31, 2016

* Outlook for 2017 is largely dependent on progress and outcome of current legal matters

* Expenditure on litigation is expected to be at a similar level as 2016
