Denmark shares higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.07%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Technology , Real Estate and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.07% to hit a new 1-month high.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A/S B (CO: NZYMb ), which rose 1.25% or 4.4 points to trade at 355.0 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO: COLOb ) added 1.15% or 7.8 points to end at 687.8 and Genmab (CO: GEN ) was up 1.06% or 11.5 points to 1097.0 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO: PNDORA ), which lost 3.11% or 12.3 points to trade at 382.7 in late trade. Ambu A/S (CO: AMBUb ) declined 1.48% or 3.6 points to end at 240.2 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO: VWS ) shed 1.45% or 6.6 points to 449.6.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 60 to 60 and 19 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.96% or 0.66 to $69.19 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.93% or 0.71 to hit $77.00 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.26% or 3.10 to trade at $1211.30 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.03% to 6.3743, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4572.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 94.56.
