Denmark shares lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.25%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Financials , Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.25%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO: LUN ), which rose 3.10% or 12.2 points to trade at 406.3 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO: FLS ) added 1.15% or 4.5 points to end at 395.3 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO: CARLb ) was up 0.52% or 4.0 points to 774.0 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Ambu A/S (CO: AMBUb ), which lost 3.52% or 5.8 points to trade at 159.2 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO: ISS ) declined 3.12% or 7.20 points to end at 223.80 and Danske Bank A/S (CO: DANSKE ) shed 1.48% or 2.5 points to 166.2.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 64 to 58 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.33% or 0.25 to $75.48 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.61% or 0.52 to hit $85.32 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.35% or 4.20 to trade at $1202.80 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.26% to 6.4730, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4563.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 95.37.
