Denmark shares lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.34%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods , Chemicals and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.34% to hit a new 52-week low.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were William Demant Holding AS (CO: WDH ), which rose 2.70% or 5.4 points to trade at 205.4 at the close. Genmab (CO: GEN ) added 2.07% or 16.4 points to end at 808.8 and Novozymes A/S B (CO: NZYMb ) was up 1.39% or 4.2 points to 305.5 in late trade.

Biggest losers included FLSmidth & Co. (CO: FLS ), which lost 4.09% or 13.9 points to trade at 325.8 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO: PNDORA ) declined 3.77% or 15.9 points to end at 406.1 and Coloplast A/S (CO: COLOb ) shed 2.10% or 13.0 points to 606.2.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 91 to 32 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.21% or 0.14 to $67.47 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.47% or 0.36 to hit $77.25 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.90% or 11.10 to trade at $1240.20 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.30% to 6.5393, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4608.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.35% at 96.12.
