Denmark shares lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 1.06%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods , Chemicals and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.06%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CO: AMBUb ), which rose 2.02% or 3.2 points to trade at 161.4 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO: GN ) added 1.96% or 4.9 points to end at 255.0 and ISS A/S (CO: ISS ) was up 1.02% or 1.95 points to 192.70 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO: PNDORA ), which lost 3.11% or 9.2 points to trade at 286.5 in late trade. FLSmidth & Co. (CO: FLS ) declined 2.55% or 7.8 points to end at 298.4 and William Demant Holding AS (CO: WDH ) shed 2.20% or 4.4 points to 196.0.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 86 to 38 and 12 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.69% or 0.87 to $50.60 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.78% or 0.47 to hit $59.81 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.61% or 7.60 to trade at $1249.00 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.37% to 6.5793, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4670.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.35% at 96.572.
