Denmark shares lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 1.66%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services , Technology and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.66%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO: GEN ), which rose 4.53% or 42.0 points to trade at 970.0 at the close. ISS A/S (CO: ISS ) added 1.49% or 3.30 points to end at 225.00 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO: VWS ) was up 0.13% or 0.6 points to 458.0 in late trade.

Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CO: GN ), which lost 5.51% or 14.3 points to trade at 245.0 in late trade. Lundbeck A/S (CO: LUN ) declined 4.80% or 13.3 points to end at 263.6 and Novozymes A/S B (CO: NZYMb ) shed 3.74% or 11.9 points to 306.6.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 114 to 21 and 12 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 5.17% or 2.96 to $54.24 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 5.17% or 3.45 to hit $63.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.20% or 2.40 to trade at $1222.90 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.59% to 6.5541, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4617.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.49% at 96.54.
