Denmark shares lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 2.10%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods , Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 2.10%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CO: DANSKE ), which rose 0.35% or 0.5 points to trade at 130.0 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO: MAERSKb ) added 0.27% or 24 points to end at 8754 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO: JYSK ) was up 0.04% or 0.1 points to 245.0 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO: PNDORA ), which lost 5.99% or 16.9 points to trade at 265.1 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO: NOVOb ) declined 3.52% or 11.1 points to end at 303.3 and Ambu A/S (CO: AMBUb ) shed 2.90% or 4.6 points to 154.0.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 79 to 47 and 15 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.83% or 0.43 to $51.16 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 1.11% or 0.67 to hit $59.81 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 1.75 to trade at $1291.25 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.08% to 6.5033, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.4641.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 95.132.
