Israel shares lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.13%
Credit: © Reuters. – Israel equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Biomed , Technology and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.13%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Paz Oil (TA: PZOL ), which rose 1.90% or 910 points to trade at 48700 at the close. Poalim (TA: POLI ) added 1.65% or 41 points to end at 2529 and Leumi (TA: LUMI ) was up 1.13% or 25 points to 2230 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TA: TEVA ), which lost 3.18% or 287 points to trade at 8730 in late trade. Melisron (TA: MLSR ) declined 1.83% or 270 points to end at 14510 and Nice Ltd (TA: NICE ) shed 1.01% or 390 points to 38100.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 244 to 137 and 31 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was down 1.31% or 0.97 to $73.17 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.63% or 0.49 to hit $77.75 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 4.70 to trade at $1258.20 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.45% to 3.6391, while EUR/ILS fell 0.07% to 4.2580.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 94.07.
