Morocco shares higher at close of trade; Moroccan All Shares up 0.01%

Investing.com – Morocco equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Mining , Holding Companies and Insurance sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares added 0.01%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Delta Holding S.A (CS: DHO ), which rose 5.80% or 2.00 points to trade at 36.50 at the close. Saham Assurance (CS: SAH ) added 5.00% or 81 points to end at 1700 and Managem (CS: MNG ) was up 4.92% or 74 points to 1579 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Lydec (CS: LYD ), which lost 5.32% or 32.00 points to trade at 570.00 in late trade. Douja Prom Addoha (CS: ADH ) declined 5.00% or 1.00 points to end at 19.01 and Alliances (CS: ADI ) shed 3.98% or 4 points to 105.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 17 to 13 and 7 ended unchanged on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was up 3.12% or 2.20 to $72.73 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.98% or 1.51 to hit $77.65 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.33% or 4.10 to trade at $1255.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.23% to 11.0520, while USD/MAD rose 0.33% to 9.5430.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.50% at 94.83.
