Morocco shares lower at close of trade; Moroccan All Shares down 0.24%
Credit: © Reuters. – Morocco equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Utilities , Forestry & Paper and Construction & Building Materials sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares declined 0.24%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Fenie Brossette (CS: FBR ), which rose 9.17% or 11.75 points to trade at 139.95 at the close. Oulmes (CS: OULM ) added 5.97% or 106 points to end at 1883 and Aluminum mar 1l (CS: ALU ) was up 5.95% or 78 points to 1388 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Agma Lahlou-Tazi (CS: AGMA ), which lost 5.93% or 185 points to trade at 2933 in late trade. Lydec (CS: LYD ) declined 3.19% or 19.80 points to end at 600.10 and Med Paper (CS: PAP ) shed 2.43% or 0.68 points to 27.30.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 24 to 17 and 8 ended unchanged on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.03% or 0.63 to $60.73 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.37% or 0.24 to hit $64.71 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.59% or 7.80 to trade at $1328.60 a troy ounce.

EUR/MAD was up 0.19% to 11.3510, while USD/MAD fell 0.37% to 9.1497.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.34% at 89.58.
