Morocco shares lower at close of trade; Moroccan All Shares down 0.43%

Investing.com – Morocco equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Beverage , Pharmaceutical Industry and Insurance sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares fell 0.43% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Zellidja S.A (CS: ZELI ), which rose 5.99% or 6.65 points to trade at 117.65 at the close. SMI (CS: SMI ) added 5.92% or 184 points to end at 3290 and Centrale Danone (CS: CDA ) was up 5.87% or 37 points to 667 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Promopharm S.A. (CS: PRO ), which lost 5.98% or 97 points to trade at 1526 in late trade. Brasseries Du Maroc (CS: SBM ) declined 4.69% or 149 points to end at 3030 and Sonasid (CS: SOND ) shed 2.77% or 18 points to 632.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 28 to 19 and 7 ended unchanged on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.39% or 0.28 to $70.86 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.36% or 0.28 to hit $76.93 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.51% or 6.70 to trade at $1319.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.20% to 11.1700, while USD/MAD fell 0.21% to 9.3871.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.32% at 92.65.
