At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX added 0.27%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Petroleum Geo - Services ASA (OL: PGS ), which rose 4.81% or 1.98 points to trade at 43.14 at the close. DnB ASA (OL: DNB ) added 0.82% or 1.3 points to end at 160.1 and Storebrand ASA (OL: STB ) was up 0.82% or 0.56 points to 68.50 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Aker Solutions OL (OL: AKSOL ), which lost 1.82% or 1.00 points to trade at 53.86 in late trade. Grieg Seafood (OL: GSFO ) declined 1.55% or 1.35 points to end at 85.90 and Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL: NWC ) shed 1.55% or 3.70 points to 235.30.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 98 to 69 and 30 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.42% or 0.29 to $67.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.10% or 0.07 to hit $73.00 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 6.20 to trade at $1224.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.09% to 9.5783, while USD/NOK rose 0.07% to 8.1842.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 94.34.
