Portugal shares lower at close of trade; PSI 20 down 0.00%

Investing.com – Portugal equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Telecoms , Industrials and Utilities sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Lisbon, the PSI 20 declined 0.00%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the PSI 20 were Ibersol SGPS (LS: IBS ), which rose 2.85% or 0.240 points to trade at 8.660 at the close. Sonae SGPS SA (LS: YSO ) added 2.24% or 0.0185 points to end at 0.8455 and Corticeira Amorim (LS: CORA ) was up 1.07% or 0.100 points to 9.480 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pharol SGPS SA (LS: PHRA ), which lost 2.91% or 0.0056 points to trade at 0.1870 in late trade. Sonae Capital (LS: SONAC ) declined 1.49% or 0.0130 points to end at 0.8620 and CTT Correios de Portugal SA (LS: CTT ) shed 0.97% or 0.0300 points to 3.0480.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 15 to 15 and 6 ended unchanged on the Lisbon Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Brent oil for March delivery was down 0.26% or 0.16 to $61.28 a barrel. Meanwhile, Crude oil for delivery in February fell 0.25% or 0.13 to hit $52.23 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.90 to trade at $1289.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was down 0.30% to 1.1506, while EUR/GBP rose 0.07% to 0.9030.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.31% at 95.088.
