Saudi Arabia shares higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.24%
Credit: © Reuters. – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Financial Services , Insurance and Agriculture & Food sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.24%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anaam International Holding Group (SE: 4061 ), which rose 10.00% or 1.26 points to trade at 13.86 at the close. Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (SE: 4290 ) added 4.40% or 0.56 points to end at 13.30 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE: 4004 ) was up 4.04% or 2.30 points to 59.30 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE: 4140 ), which lost 9.99% or 8.80 points to trade at 79.30 in late trade. Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE: 8311 ) declined 2.57% or 0.70 points to end at 26.55 and Halwani Bros (SE: 6001 ) shed 1.91% or 0.85 points to 43.55.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 137 to 37 and 10 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.46% or 0.25 to $54.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.19% or 0.12 to hit $63.36 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 0.80 to trade at $1228.80 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.20% to 4.2796, while USD/SAR rose 0.03% to 3.7528.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 96.415.
