Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Agriculture & Food and Financial Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.93%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070), which rose 7.73% or 2.80 points to trade at 39.00 at the close. Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (SE:8160) added 5.43% or 0.70 points to end at 13.60 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) was up 4.61% or 1.35 points to 30.65 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SE:4002), which lost 2.47% or 3.75 points to trade at 148.00 in late trade. Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE:4004) declined 1.22% or 1.25 points to end at 101.00 and Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320) shed 1.08% or 0.25 points to 22.80.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 140 to 30 and 9 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.20% or 0.58 to $47.78 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.19% or 0.60 to hit $50.03 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.80% or 10.10 to trade at $1280.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.61% to 4.2313, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.57% at 96.61.
