Saudi Arabia shares higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.09%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Building & Construction , Hotels & Tourism and Multi Investment sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 1.09%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE: 4300 ), which rose 9.17% or 0.50 points to trade at 5.95 at the close. Saudi Cable Company (SE: 2110 ) added 9.03% or 0.65 points to end at 7.85 and Emaar The Economic City (SE: 4220 ) was up 8.56% or 1.25 points to 15.85 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE: 4240 ), which lost 2.05% or 1.00 points to trade at 47.80 in late trade. Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE: 8260 ) declined 1.27% or 0.20 points to end at 15.50 and Jabal Omar Development Company (SE: 4250 ) shed 1.22% or 0.75 points to 60.50.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 142 to 13 and 14 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 1.37% or 0.69 to $51.05 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.59% or 0.82 to hit $52.26 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 1.13% or 14.05 to trade at $1261.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.28% to 4.2727, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7501.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.31% at 93.55.
