Saudi Arabia shares lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.13%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Multi Investment , Media & Publishing and Hotels & Tourism sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.13% to hit a new 1-month low.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE: 8020 ), which rose 9.87% or 1.34 points to trade at 14.92 at the close. Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE: 8311 ) added 5.05% or 1.17 points to end at 24.32 and Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE: 8050 ) was up 4.74% or 1.00 points to 22.10 in late trade.

Biggest losers included AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE: 4331 ), which lost 3.45% or 0.74 points to trade at 20.72 in late trade. Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (SE: 7040 ) declined 3.14% or 0.250 points to end at 7.710 and Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund (SE: 4332 ) shed 3.13% or 0.37 points to 11.44.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 96 to 73 and 7 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.36% or 1.22 to $50.45 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.81% or 1.03 to hit $55.76 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.47% or 6.06 to trade at $1278.74 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.51% to 4.4084, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7504.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.46% at 93.34.
