Saudi Arabia shares lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.49%
Credit: © Reuters. – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities , Petrochemicals and Financial Services sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.49%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE: 8310 ), which rose 9.97% or 1.72 points to trade at 18.98 at the close. Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE: 4140 ) added 3.74% or 3.10 points to end at 86.00 and Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co (SE: 3007 ) was up 3.45% or 1.45 points to 43.50 in late trade.

Biggest losers included The Saudi Investment Bank (SE: 1030 ), which lost 3.36% or 0.72 points to trade at 20.72 in late trade. Arabian Pipes Company (SE: 2200 ) declined 2.43% or 0.26 points to end at 10.44 and Arab National Bank (SE: 1080 ) shed 2.20% or 0.85 points to 37.70.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 94 to 82 and 12 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.88% or 0.46 to $52.45 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.87% or 0.52 to hit $60.33 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.50% or 6.55 to trade at $1309.65 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.02% to 4.2839, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7504.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 95.485.
