Saudi Arabia shares lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.46%
Credit: © Reuters. – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Telecoms & IT , Building & Construction and Insurance sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.46%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were National Gas & Industrialization Co (SE: 2080 ), which rose 5.82% or 1.60 points to trade at 29.10 at the close. Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE: 1810 ) added 5.71% or 2.00 points to end at 37.00 and Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE: 6070 ) was up 4.42% or 1.30 points to 30.70 in late trade.

Biggest losers included United Wire Factories Company (SE: 1301 ), which lost 3.46% or 1.00 points to trade at 27.90 in late trade. BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (SE: 8270 ) declined 3.38% or 0.70 points to end at 20.00 and Yanbu National Petrochemical Co (SE: 2290 ) shed 3.28% or 1.50 points to 44.30.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 118 to 30 and 21 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.52% or 0.24 to $45.98 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.27% or 0.13 to hit $48.48 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.35% or 4.75 to trade at $1352.25 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.74% to 4.2248, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7500.

The US Dollar Index was down 0.75% at 94.86.
