Sept 22 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening 33 points higher on Tuesday, according to financial bookmakers.

* POWER LINK: British and Dutch grid operators will explore the feasibility of building an electricity interconnector between the two countries, linking offshore wind assets, they said. LOCKDOWN: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will encourage Britons on Tuesday to go back to working from home if they can to contain the spread of coronavirus, The Telegraph reported late on Monday.
