Walmart Earnings, Revenue beat In Q2

Walmart announced earnings per share of $1.77 on revenue of $152.86B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $1.63 on revenue of $150.93B.

Walmart shares are down 8% from the beginning of the year and are trading at $132.60 , down-from-52-week-high.They are outperforming the S&P 500 which is down 9.84% from the start of the year.

Nestle ADR had matched expectations on Thursday, July 28, 2022 with third quarter EPS of $2.18 on revenue of $24.41B, compared to forecast for EPS of $2.18 on revenue of $23.59B.
