Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRKa) (BRK-A) disclosed it acquired another 4.66 million common shares of Occidental Petroleum (NYSE:OXY) from 05/25/23-05/30/23 at prices from $58.3026-$58.8545.

The value of the purchases was over $270 million.

Berkshire owns 221,990,942 comment shares of OXY following the purchase as well as 93,532 Series A Preferred Stock and warrants on another 83,858,848.81 common shares.
