ProShares Trust - ProShares Russell 2000 Dynamic Buffer ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by ProShare Advisors LLC. It invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. For its equity portion, the fund invests through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of small-cap companies. It uses derivatives such as options, swaps and futures to create its portfolio. For its fixed income portion, it invests in U.S. Treasury Bills with maturities of one year or less. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Russell 2000 Daily Buffer Index and Cboe Russell 2000 Volatility Index, by using full replication technique. ProShares Trust - ProShares Russell 2000 Dynamic Daily Buffer ETF was formed on July 24, 2025 and is domiciled in the United States.
