so Etion Create sold and we getting another 33 cents before xmas ? and now left with Etion Connect , bought in at 48 cents on Friday

Yes, that is their goal. I listened to the financials the last time and their aim is to sell everything and pay it back to the investors as dividends, like the last time a few months ago

current CEO was appointed to create value , Lawtrust was sold and dividend paid , if we really lucky Etion becomes an acquirer otherwise the existing businesses also gets sold off and then more dividends till all the money is distributed

as long as the share price doesn't dip below 27c. there is still hope. a close above 37c could see this share reaching 61c. for now it's a hold

there are those investors who paid 10 cents for a 10 bagger and that play is still on
so i paid 42 and get back 33 with no tax to pay unless i make a sale before end Feb - a hold

From their website, 6th october: Shareholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of the Company has approved and declared a capital reduction of 33 cents per ordinary share, from a reduction of contributed tax capital, as a result of the successful conclusion of the disposal of Etion’s shareholding in Law Trusted Third Party Services (Pty) Ltd..
