It also provides restaurants under the Sampan and Sence; operates Atrium Lounge Bar; and a fitness center under the Club one name. The company was formerly known as Cosmopolitan Hotels Ltd. and changed its name to CHL Limited in December 1997. The company was incorporated in 1979 and is based in New Delhi, India. CHL Limited is a subsidiary of Malbros Investments Inc.
