      @Mike Shield Hi, you first need to buy the rights issue - they are being sold off  (-+ R24 or R27 per right "The Foschini Group Limited Letters of Allocation") and will continue for the next week or so. Once you have rights then you can buy the shares for 41.90  Investec will be selling them.
