It also provides maintenance and repair of electrical products and parts; electronics, hydraulics, metallurgy, chemicals and iron, painting, and construction services; budgetary advice; auxiliary services in the areas of security, health, leisure, daily life, and well-being; marketing and advertising; intermediation in the trade of products; sale of subscriptions through electronic means; and marketing activities of clothing, accessories, home and kitchen utensils, and other products. It sells its products under the Brastemp, Consul, KitchenAind, Compra Certa, B.blend, and Insinkerator brands. The company was founded in 1957 and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Whirlpool S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Whirlpool Corporation.
